Payment & Health Insurance
Payment Method

What are the payment methods at Cham Shan Int’l Medical Center?
We accept cash, credit card (both domestic and overseas) or overseas insurance direct billing.

Do I need to bring my insurance card?
Yes. On your initial visit you will be required to complete the registration form and to provide us with information pertaining to your insurance, which can be found on your insurance card. It is also advisable to have your insurance card with you on all subsequent visits, if possible.

I have insurance but will I have to pay for my clinic visit or hospitalization?
Most insurance policies will require the patient to pay some portion of the cost. You may be responsible to pay for non-covered charges, co-payments, or deductible amounts. The amount will vary depending on your specific plan and will be billed once we receive the Explanation of Benefits of your plan from your insurance provider.

Do I have to pay the co-payment or deductibles?
Yes. The billing officer will ask for your co-payment or deductibles after your consultation. If we do not have a record of your co-payment or deductible information, you will be billed once we receive the Explanation of Benefits of your plan from your insurance provider.
